The 40ft shipping container is Kenya's most versatile container size. At 12 metres long and offering approximately 28 square metres of floor space, it provides enough room for a comfortable home, a multi-door commercial stall, a professional office, or large-scale storage.
At Frontier Containers, we stock both 40ft Standard (8.5ft tall) and 40ft High Cube (9.5ft tall) containers. For homes, offices, and any project where people will spend time, we strongly recommend the High Cube variant for better headroom.
All our containers are sourced food grade wherever possible — meaning they have not transported hazardous chemicals. This is especially important for projects where people will live or work.
